Pre Teens & Teens (Age 11 - 19)

Joy does not always show up on its own.
It is something you learn to hold onto, even when things around you do not make it easy.
Tonight is about letting go of some of the pressure you carry and taking time to remember what actually matters to you. Through conversation and making vision boards, you get space to slow down and think about what brings real joy, the kind that does not depend on everything going right.

Kindness does not mean staying quiet.
Sometimes it means choosing to speak up, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Tonight is about finding your voice without losing the part of you that cares. Through honest conversation and a mirror-making activity, you get to practice what it looks like to set boundaries, speak honestly, and hold onto kindness, even when things feel tense.

Doing the right thing feels easier when everything is going well.
The real test comes when things are not going the way you hoped.
Tonight is about what integrity looks like in real situations. Through honest reflection and guided journaling, you will notice where you feel pressure and decide ahead of time how you want to respond. The goal is not to be perfect, but to keep choosing what is right, even when it is hard.
Women (Age 20+)

“The joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
Joy is not something that disappears when life shifts.
It is something that can be carried and offered to others.
This morning is a simple space to sit, talk, and consider what it looks like to hold onto joy in real life, and how that steadiness begins to shape the people around you.
Coffee, conversation, and an honest look at what you carry and what you pass on.

Kindness is not passive, and it is not silent.
It is something that is chosen and extended with intention.
This morning creates space to talk through what it means to offer kindness with clarity, to hold boundaries, and to show up for others in a way that is steady and real.
Coffee, conversation, and a direct look at how kindness is given and received.

“Let us not grow weary in doing good.” (Galatians 6:9)
Goodness is revealed in everyday decisions, especially when it is not easy.
It is what others experience through you.
This morning focuses on what it looks like to act with integrity under pressure, to follow through, and to become someone others can rely on.
Coffee, conversation, and a clear look at how goodness is lived and passed on.
